Registered THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING .. 

1) Donations can be accepted from residents or a business operating in ALBERTA.

2) We can not accept donations from any person residing outside of Alberta or any company that does       not operate inside of Alberta!

• IF you do, and you do not give your address and postal code.. Elections Alberta will CLAIM your donation!

3) Contributions to RTPAs are not eligible for Alberta income tax credits.

4) Anonymous Donations: $50.00 or less (fifty dollars) 

5) Donations Receipts: Donations greater than $50.00 (fifty dollars) must be supported by a receipt             that identifies the donor and contact information. Information is collected by Elections Alberta.

6) Published Contributions: Elections Alberta publishes the name and amount of contributions of                 $250.00 or more.

7) Maximum Contributions: An eligible contributor can contribute up to $5,000.00 (five thousand               dollars) in aggregate to any combination of RTPAs during a referendum advertising period!
